Non-Ford dump

My truck came with a home made/shop made gravity dump deck on it I have all the scrap iron to rebuild it but my question is -Would one lose points at a show for using it? Obviously the truck came as a cab and chassis and someone added the deck. I am curious to know what the show standards dictate in this situation. I don't think there's a right and a wrong involved here-just different opinions. Thanks Den
