I have the 28/29 style cab on the new 30 frame. I have finally completed my work shop and have started assembling my truck. I have Three questions:
1) speedometer cable routing and correct location of gromets and brackets.
2) choke rod installation. I ordered a installation kit and it came with a leather washer, two plastic pieces, and two rubber gromets. I am not sure on the correct installaton regarding all the pieces.
3) Does anyone have diagram or actual pictures of how the electric wires are routed? Specifically I am working on the area under the hood.
Thanks in advance.

Hello s147881,
I suggest that you get the Ford Model A Service bulletins. Also, the Judging Standards has lots of information.
The attached is from the service bulletins (page 215). The A and AA electrical systems are the same except for the tail lamp wiring assembly.

If you get the "Model A passenger car and Model AA truck: engine-chassis manual", it will give you several pictures and diagrams of all aspects of the under hood wiring and plumbing for your truck. I bought mine from "Macs" but almost all the well known suppliers have it. Hope this helps.
