Express body dimensions

I've been thinking for years about building an express body bed for my 29 AA. I have the Restorer magazine July/August 1996, in it are alot of encellent detail drawings and information by Neil Wilson. Heres what I need to know.
The top of the bed side, I call the gunnel, how wide is it?
What angle is the gunnel in relation to the side, is it 45 degreese?
At the end of the gunnel is a square tube, what is the outside dimension of the tube?
What is the inside dimension of the stake pocket hole?
What was the original gauge of the metal used for the beds?
