What are these tools?

I learned that it fits the large socket used on the nut in the outer ends of the rear axle

These are flat straps with an offset at the box wrench end

What is the size of these tools, length and thickness. From the picture they don't look long or heavy enough to tighten a large nut.

Those are tire irons. Used to remove the wheel, and to dismount the tire.
