No More Smile
I had my 4 speed transmission housing brazed up and leak tested, it is all set to go. Before I go and put the parts back, I was thinking of replacing the open bearings with sealed bearings. I don't want to come back in here again for a while. Can I buy these locally, Napa, Etc, or am I relegated to going through the specialty shops, Mac's, Synder's etc.. It is a '31 four speed transmission.

Re: No More Smile
If i recall correctly, sealed bearings for the trans are off the shelf items from your local bearing shop.

Hey, thanks. I saw it before but forgot about it. No savings going local. Thanks.
