What is compatable from 31-35
Im looking at adding another truck to my collections..I have a 1931 Ford modelAA..Now looking at a 1935 Ford model 1 ton..Wondering what parts are compatable and what the going RATE FOR A 1935 FORD TRK...Thanl you..Where can I find a loink to phots of this 1935?

There is not much, if any, parts that would interchange. A friend of mine bought a rough '36 2 ton a few years back and paid $1100. I would say, it is like anything, condition is what counts, but I don't think there are many people out there who would pay more than $10k for even the nicest old Ford heavy. You often see nice ones for sale at $15k and up asking prices, but I wonder how many actually sell at those prices.
It seems most guys on this board have at least two things in common; a love of old trucks, and the sickness of trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

the Model A pressure plate was used until the end of 1935

The pressure plates are different between the 4 cylinders and V8's. The transmission gears would be the same, and the tires would interchange, and that's all I can think of being the same. Nothing beats the sound of the flathead V8.
