The engine looks pretty much all there. Fenders appear to be 1930 but I think I see an indented firewall that is 31. Possibly others can give a better identification. On the center of the drivers side of the engine, In On the block, just below the head is a number. Can you tell us what that is? Is the top of the cab metal or fabric?

Chris:
You can tell from the first photo posted that it's a late '31 steeltop cab; later photos confirm with the indented firewall. Looks like its definitely worth saving; not sure about the aftermarket sidemount arm but the welled AA passenger fender is a rare one.

I'm not sure it's a steel top, look at the bungee cord wrapped around the top of the door and there
is some moulding between the visor and the top.

I think you are right Bob - funny how the vinyl top became rust colored like the rest of the sheet metal. There should not be a molding at the front near the visor on a steeltop truck.
