Aftermarket car spring or AA?

Post by Stakebed »

I got this awhile back because no-one could figure out what it would fit. I'm not entirely sure after studying my own pictures and referencing the front spring diagrams/dimensions posted in other threads on this site...

Heres what i know:

There's 14 leafs
leafs seem to be about 1 3/4" wide
the individual leaf thicknesses seem to match those of a 28/29 spring.
the overall thickness (measured at center bolt) is about 2 9/16"

Somebody had a spring shop make new springs. Something I have often done on my 55-57 Chevys.
