OK, after reading and making copies from ModelABasics.com, ModelA.org and looking at as much as possible, I still have questions. The pictures and verbage only go so far in deciding jet tip shapes. ModelA.org is the only place I found anything on tips. This is what it says:
Cap Jet
Jet needs to have an indented (dished out) tip.
Main Jet
The Jet needs to have an indented (dished out) tip, to prevent capillary action leaks when engine is off.
To me, indented means concave (dished in).
The Main jets I found are convex or dome shaped.
I did order the book by Steve Pargeter today hoping it may show more detail.

If you don't find your answer here or in the book you're waiting for, you could try Fordbarn. Wealth of knowledge there too.

Bob
Thanks for the site. I did kinda see both main and cap jets have convex tips.
Now I'm looking at the 2 compersator jets I have. One with small opening (.03543") and one with a larger opening (.0374") and trying to decide which to use.
