Looks to me to be one of two things... perhaps.

Backing off a trailer and missing a ramp and catching it on the end of the trailer or maybe pulling it with a chain in the center of the axle and jerking too much slack out of the chain.

Your mistake make help others. How about sharing?

its true, we all do dumb stuff haha but its not completely dumb if we learn from it 8)

at first i was like well looks like someones drug an unrestored truck from somewhere with a chain but then noticed the nicely painted fenders and new tires haha.
