rear spring pivot

im sure this has been talked about before and im not the only one with this issue... the pivot points on one of my AAs springs is so wore out that I don't think theirs any coming back from it do they make reproduction piviot shafts or do I need to fab something up

I don't think that anyone reproduces the pivot pins. I think what most people do is weld them up and grind/machine them down or try to find good used ones.

My pivots were worn on the bottom, so I welded on the pivots in the worn areas and am now grinding/fileing them back to
round. Using calipers to get em close. See pictures, Mac.......

Somebody here made a tool to recut the pivot shaft to make it round agagin.

Yup: I just finished welding up one of mine. Filed it round, used a peice of sheet metal with a hole the corect size in it to find the high spots and filed away. Dose not have to be exactly round as it only "rocks" back and forth a few degrees. I used 6013 rod and then coated it with "slip plate" before assembly.

Start welding and it will work out fine...
