1930 TO leave stock or not to?

Ok I'm kinda thinking of replacing the rear diff, tranmission, engine and front end with newer componuts. Like out of a newer ford.
My intensions for this truck is to make it a company rig and 27-45 mph is not going to cut it. I know that would be a lot of work on my part but My rig needs a total restoration any way. So I figured I'd modernize it some what.
I already will have to replace 5 out of six wheels and you all know how diffacult those can be to find.

So if I decide to do this I will have The rear diff complete 4 spd tranny
running engine and the front end up for sale either here or on ebay.

I haven't made up my mind yet. It's winter here and I will not be doing anything till spring.
