Do any of you have an Idea of how to LED lights you buy at a truck stop for 12 volt systems to work on a 6 volt system? Or will they work as is? Seeing the LEDs are usually 5 volt.
Any thoughts?

Buy your 6V leds from a major Model A parts supplier...some even offer the negative and positive ground ones.
