What manual(s) do I need?

Post by Scattergood »

Hello all
Well, I successfully shipped & received a 1930 AA Dump Truck.
Very happy and feel fortunate to own it, I now need great reference materials to work on it.
Can you recommend the best manuals and where to obtain them?
Many thanks in advance,
Gary

I can check but if I still have them you can have the 2 that I had for $30 plus postage.

1928-31 Ford Model AA Truck Shop Manual Supplement -Jim Schild $25

Restorer's Model A Shop Manual -Jim Schild $36

Let me know if you want them.

The books you should get are the Service Bulletins, Restoration Guidelines and Judging Standards, model A
Ford Mechanics Handbook, Model A ford Paint and Finish Guide, and a parts book. There are other
catalogs and books but that should get you started.
