Rear wheel bearings

Post by 1929 AA boy »

Does anyone know where I can find rear wheel roller bearings for a worm drive with no emergency breaks? ... It's kindof urgent

hmm i know of a few maybe - not sure if thier good or not is the question - they were pulled and replaced during a restoration but not sure if it was because of damage or because of peace of mind... i can call and find out tomorrow.

i know of another non emergency rearend but would have to buy entire rearend...

Take your old bearings and seals to NAPA. They can most of the time fine you the bearings you need :) Shelby, Louisiana.

I've had good success finding bearings and seals at Motion industries (formerly Barry Bearing) https://www.motionindustries.com
I have a number of original bearings for the bevel rear but don't know if any would be the same as in the worm drive, good luck!
