I am experimenting with placing pictures on the site. I have a Kodak camera and program on the computer. There is an E-mail option on the picture program, so If you see a picture of one of my trucks then it works!

Re: pictures
That's a nice one: It looks like an AA wheel base with A wheels! Please tell us about it.

Re: pictures
Yes more about the wheels. That is a good looking truck but I can't figure out the wire wheels on a 30 31. They don't look like the ambulance wheels. I wouldn't touch it. Keep it dry and drive it.
Thank you for sharing.

Re: pictures
Those wheels are indeed a mystery. All AA wheels including the 1931 "ambulance" wire wheels AA-1015E had rim flanges, the wheels on that express do not. They look more like '30-31 "A" wheels with oversize tires, but the lug pattern on those would not fit a AA.
I like the deluxe front bumper, but that is another mystery. It is not supposed to be on a 195-A according to the Judging Standards, unless the truck is a 300-A Deluxe Delivery in which case that bumper was standard. However the JS may be wrong.

Re: pictures
The judging standards have many things that need to be changed ,the bumper was a option in late 30

Re: pictures
The JS say the deluxe AA bumper was optional for a time during 1930, then standard on a few 1931 AA models.
As long as the bumper was available to purchase it could have been installed by the dealer or the owner on any 1930-31 AA.
I have found many errors in JS "Heavy Commercial Vehicles" section. (Why don't they just call it the "AA" section?)
That section has not been upgraded for a while, I hope it is done soon.

Re: pictures
I have a theory on the wheels. Is it possible to use the center hubs from a 28AA and weld them in to the 30 31 rims and spokes??? A ton of work but that is what it looks like to me.

Re: pictures
I am believing that they are Lincoln 20 inch wheels, I had seen a set a couple of years ago at a swap meet, same bolt pattern as the AA and no lock rings, Bob C posted a pic not long ago with them on a Lincoln 31 or 32.
