I have no bumpers left in the doors that the dovetails fit in. Aug.1930 truck. How or what is the best way to replace them.

Have you tried Bratton's? I got my door pieces for my Fordor from them.

I can get the dovetail bumpers. I just can't figure out how do get them in with out cutting the back side out.

Can you post a picture of the dove tail door bumper.

On my '28 the inside trim has two screws that hold it down then it slides up out of the way and the rubber bumper slides out. ( At least that is how I took mine out). Not back together yet. Paint is still Drying.

Go to Fordbarn and search dove tail installation, they can be a chore to install, plenty of help there.
