Hi, I bought a running Model A chassis a couple of years ago and during a test drive the rear wheel would become suddenly STUCK and would skid. I took the hub off and found that the pins holding the parking brake arms together were installed backwards and were occasionally hitting the wheel studs. It would be wise to take off that hub and make sure nothing is adrift in the brakes. Steve.
