28 AA hub caps
http://s1299.photobucket.com/user/Marce ... sort=1&o=0
I've been told that these hub caps shouldn't be on my 28AA truck. They appear to be aluminum. I've talked to one vendor, who can't get them. Are they available somewhere? I only have two, so I'll need all four.
This is the first time I have posted photos on this site. I'll introduce myself with another few pics of my truck in the next few days. I have lots of questions to ask.

I think they look correct for Canadian AA. Do you have disc or wooden artillery wheels?

These are my rims. I assume the PO wanted to put duals on the rear, as be bought 6 new tires, but they won't work as duals, as I have recently found out. I guess I'll end up with a couple spare tires then. I have 2 more rims I could use, but they are not in as good as shape as the 4 on the truck now.

Re: 28 AA hub caps
Those are definitely Canadian wheels. My dad's first truck was a 29 AA with those wheels, I have a photo of him with his truck. It is that photo that inspired me to restore an AA. What cab do you have on your truck?

That's great, I like the Brantford cabs, very unique. My 28 has a Brantford cab too, lots of wood work but they look good. I live on an acreage near Tofield (about 45 minutes east of Edmonton) I will get a few photos this weekend and post them. If you are interested email me tiedemannm@gmail.com

Re: 28 AA hub caps
I have this casting that was produced many years ago in Australia.
I would be interested in reproducing it if there was enough interest

Re: 28 AA hub caps
I could use 2 front and 2 rear aluminum hubcaps for my AAC with the wood spoke wheels.

Unfortunately, I don't think those are the same caps as what I need. The ones I need are specific to Canadian AA trucks. The ones I need are posted a couple of comments up the page.
