WOW - still out there!

Post by s147881 »

I found a nearly rust free 89a express bed with a complete set of fenders and cast fender brackets - wow. Additionally the deal came with two complete 1928 running gear/frame/spoked wheels/engine. One set is restored/painted and other is untouched. I have everything for a complete late 28 express minus cab and front fenders. This will look great with the wire wheels. The only hang up is the 1400 mile trip to pick it up.

Thanks - hoping that it will work out and I can take my 16 year old and maybe one of his friends. There are some great places to stop on the way headed west from michigan. I am looking for decent truck in South Dakota, Minnesota, or Wyoming to bring back on same trip. My trailer is 24 foot and I should have room.

Many more pics but not sure if I am loading them right - they seem small. Total package was 4500.00. I plan to sell off one set of running gear and build the other into a 28 express truck. I need to find cab and fenders.

Hope I can catch you before you head out on your road trip. I have a 28 AA that would be just the right truck for your express build!

Looks like you loaded the thumbnail instead of the picture itself.
