Page 392(Nov 29) of the Service Bulletins tells of a new front radius rod that is longer
and increases the caster.

Have you checked the radius rod ball fit at the flywheel housing? Make sure the ball is round, fits tight in the cap, and that the cap is assembled correctly. If the ball is loose it can cause a front end problem. Also, I worked on a fellows truck that one of the rear spring center bolts were bent. This cause the bottom spring leaves to shift back making this spring longer than the other side. Take a look at how both the rear spring saddles that pivot on the rear end housing compare. If they don't look the same (ie one turned different than the other) then you could have a rear spring problem pushing the truck around. Someone could have also put one of the rear springs in backward because the spring is longer from the centerbolt to the rear of the spring than it is to the front of the spring. Steering problems are not always in the front end. It could be the back end just pushing the front around making you think something is wrong upfront.
