Fills till it flows out and keep it topped off.
top bearing gets lubed with the 600W as you drive, later worm drives have a rail that directs the oil flow down to it directly.
if your filling one for the first time after a rebuild dump as much as you can in the top bearing cap to prelube it.

I agree.Stakebed wrote:Fills till it flows out and keep it topped off.

Worm drive rear end will take somewhere around 1 1/2 qt.
Transmission will be 1/2 qt or so. Dual High in the same ball park.

Should be noted the stuff is like pouring cold syrup, so fill it to the top and let it sit as it will slowly fill all the crevices and in between gears etc - especially in the dual high. So fill them up till you think its full then check them in an hour again and make sure.

Heat the Oil before you pour it in. Saves time standing there waiting.

forget posted qty, just fill until it wont take any more to be on the safe side, and check it often

Yes 600W goes in:
trans (both 3 and 4 speeds)
dual high
worm and bevel rear ends
steering gearbox.
Some mix 50/50 600W and STP oil treatment to make it extra clingy and add some zinc to the goop.
