AA with A Rear Axle
I have been asked a few times if a Model A rear axle can be installed in an AA. My answer has always been - About impossible. Well there is an AA on Ebay at http://www.ebay.com/itm/1929-Ford-Model ... 1753139511 with a Model A rear end. It is poor workmanship but the concept should work. It would have a shorter wheel base and would not support 1-1/2 ton. But, it should be as fast as a Model A. It never occurred to me to use the Model A rear cross member as part of the conversion.

Re: AA with A Rear Axle
Must work rather well since it is just 1 mile away from having a million miles on it.
