Rear brakes, seals, bearings 30-31
I just went thru the rear wheels of my 30. Cleaned and painted most everything, replaced grease and oil seals. Had one bad bearing so replaced both. If anyone has any questions about this, now is a good time to ask because in two weeks I will have forgotten

I am taking some pictures. I have already put the rr back together, but the hand brake band on the lr is worn to the rivets on the upper end. Probably because they were not adjusted properly. Somewhere on here I read that many suppliers send 1/4" linings instead of 3/16". Where is a good source for correct linings? I think this truck is a late 30; it has 4" keys on the axle.
