New body and roof wood question

Hey guys looking to get the wood for my 30-31 cab (fabric top not a steel top ) think I'm going with classic wood , anyone have any issues or better suppliers . thanks guys

Prob have more questions as I'm replacing everything !! :

My brother in law used to work with the owner in a different business venture. He had nothing but good things to say about him and his work ethic. I have had a few email conversations with him about old cars and will certainly be giving him the first shot at any projects that I may have that need wood.
