i have studied the RPM chart neil has out. i have recently got my AA on the road. it has a four speed. what is the "limit" in your opinion for traveling on a secondary road. are there any folks that keep the speed at 40 for 5 minutes or so. according to the chart maybe 2600 RPM's at 41MPH. will this hammer the Babbitt to shreds? what do any veteran AA folks find? I listed my specs in subject. would love to know if it is ok to keep it at 40 for prolonged periods. it does not sound bad at this speed, but sounds can be deceiving. INPUT ????
