Worm Gear Drive Towing

Post by gearling »

Using a tow bar, to go a distance of about ten miles at around 25 mph. Is this advisable, or not?
Thanks in advance for responding!

Preferably a frame mounted bar.

I see no reason as to why it would be problematic.

Kingpins are a bit sloppy, so I rented a tow dolly to keep it stable. All went well. Thanks!

Good choice, yea at that slow of speeds and short distance i wouldn't have worried. Good idea to check though.
