Radiators
My truck came to me with a two-row aftermarket radiator, with an April 41 tag soldered to the top tank. It must have cooled ok for the guy who was using it back then, but the core sits back from the shell a little. I'm not ready to spring for a new AA rad yet. Would a car rad have a gap at the front of the shell too?

Re: Radiators
The AA radiator top tank is about 3/8 of a inch bigger to the front look at the filler neck and you will see the difference
