Gear shift knob for a Warford overdrive transmission

I am looking for a shiftier knob for my 28-29 warford. It takes a 1/2 x 13 thread for the shiftier. Any help? Does anyone know how much oil should be put in the warford box when it is completely empty?

just fill the warford until it flows out the side plug, the knobs are available catalogues that supply hardware. mcmerriman carr????
