Pictures

Post by RLaurin »

Can anyone tell me how to attach pictures to my messages here. I keep getting an error that says my pictures are to big and taking up to much memory. I am kinda new at this. Do I need to save them in another format or rezize them. How do you do that?
Thank You

I use Adoby Photoshop is change picutres to a resolution which can be attached. I normally use 72 ppi and a size of about 6" wide.

The maximum size of any image attached to a message is 100Kb, this is fairly large (file size wise). The optimum file size would be between 40 and 60Kb.

As Neil stated, 72dpi and roughly 600 pixels wide would be a good size for the forums.
