Page E-66 of the Judging Standards shows the moulding color for the 82-A but I don't see anything for the 82-B.
I think they should be gloss black, I don't see anything in the Paint and Finish Guide either.

Bob, Page 12-18 covers the 82-B (black enamel except for the Header Finish Strip is upper body color). Note that the 82-A information on this same page is different that what is found in the E supplement.
