Will this type work on AA rear hub?

Yes. It most certainly will.

I made an adapter plate to attach it.

OK, I added one to my Christmas list! Haven’t started on rear axle yet. Working on front axle and engine. I guess I will work my way back.

These are the dimensions of the adapter I made. Fit great.

I cut it on a laser at my friend's shop.

Alternative to making an adapter plate. Use wheels which are no good and drill three extra holes to bolt on the puller.

Good idea on old wheels. Glad I haven’t junked the bad ones yet.

I got lucky and found an original KR Wilson puller on eBay. But then my rear end came apart without needing it.

Did that hub puller work on the rear wheels?

I haven’t had a chance to try it yet. I did do like some of the guys here suggested and cut the center out of one of my junk wheels for an adapter. I haven’t gotten to rear axle yet. Decided to pull engine first.
