Does anyone have a picture of the hydraulic lever for a 1929 dump truck?

Hi Matt,

Are you talking about the PTO lever, or one to run the hydraulics for the box? There were several dump body manufacturers, and some had different set ups to do this. Knowing the brand of dump body you have may help, or a picture of your current set up.

In the search bar at the top of the page, I typed in 'Wood hydraulic dump truck' and a few other posts showed up with people who also own Wood equipped trucks. Maybe you could contact them for help? Also possibly google 'Ohio salvage yards' or 'vintage salvage yards. There were a few in my area that also had truck parts and bodies, but those places are gone here. There is Moores Auto Salvage in Rapid City, SD that has a lot of stuff.

Hard to say how many years and models those controls might fit.

Good Luck!

I have a Wood hydraulic bed on mine. The hydraulic lever looks just like the PTO lever, I will try to get a good picture for you tomorrow when I’m at my shop
