Hi All,

Does anyone have a drag link spring and front brake rod for a 1931 AA?

The end broke on the front brake rod (3rd from left in 2nd photo)

Thanks,
Dave

The drag link uses same parts as tie rod. You can get all the parts to rebuild it for less than 10 bucks. All the suppliers stock them. Snyders part #A-3305-S. They have rods too.

I think the front brake rods are the same as Model A's 50 1/2".

I was wrong. According to the parts book the front rod is AA-2501-A 61 5/8"

Thank you for the replies gentlemen.

Are you sure that A3305-S is the drag link spring for the AA truck and not the car. I ordered drag link springs from Snyder's and they sent me a package of springs that could almost fit inside the AA drag link / tie rod end springs.

Snyders does not have the front brake rod. I do not have the exact measurement offhand, but it is about 65" long. I believe it is part #: A-2501-A.

Thanks,
Dave
