Our truck has a little different set-up. It is equipped with a hydraulic dump body by The Marion Steel Body Company, of Marion, Ohio.
The PTO lever pivots on a longer bolt that is also used for mounting the hand brake. The small crank shaped rod that is under the seat, goes out through the back of the cab, and operates the hydraulic valve. Turning it to one side puts the valve in the raise position, turning it the other way lowers it. Leaving it in the center position holds the box in position.
