I just received my newest Ford. This one is a 1930 AA Truck from the guys at Rufus Ranch. The engine serial number reads "RC6089I(star)". There is no star at the begining of the number.
This truck is the 157" wheel base version. What is interesting, is that it has a pair of after-market helper springs in the back. I will post some pictures in the comming days.

John:
It's possible that the "RC" at the beginning of your engine's serial number means "Reconditioned". It's most definitely not a Ford Motor Company assigned serial #.
