Bevel Gear Axle Bearing Surface OD
Anyone know the outside diameter (nominal OD and tolerance) for the 1930/1931 bevel-gear axle housing bearing surface? This is a question from a FMAATC club member.

Currently restoring an early 1930 AA C-Cab Ice Truck.
Just completed having the rear axle housing bearing surfaces for wheel hub bearings restored (bevel gear style).
Posting the "before" & "after" photos and repair info for reference:
Finished diameter: 2.875 inches
Repair method: Thermal Spray Fuse Coating (by Babbitt Bearing, San Jose CA)
