Working on a 1930 AA I replaced the front part of the sub rails and I need to red drill the holes. Can anyone pull a measurement from the center of the cowl post bolt back to the center of the first seat rivet? Thanks!

Looks to me like 14-3/16" center-to-center.

Actually, the measurement is 12-1/2" (d1 seat riser) or 14-1/8" to 4-3/16" (d2 seat riser). Ford moved the heal-kick (i.e. front face) of the seat riser back for the d2 riser (I don't know when). The d2 seat riser has a longer front flange.
