Bottom back cab

My 28 cab has tar or some kind of undercoating on floor. My question is how does back of cab attach to floor?

The 82-A lower cab back panel has a flange which sets on and riveted to the cab rear cross sill.

Thank you. Mine belonged to a roofer he coated bottom of cab with Henry's.
