1928 88-A platform

its come time to put new wood on my flatbed. there is none now so I have nothing to copy. I cant find the info. for number of boards, the width and length. i believe the boards are 5/4. i have the original metal "slats"for the boards. any info would help.

I have an extra board that I had made when I did mine. I'll get some measurements and a couple of pictures for you. Might be a day or two before I get to it. Somebody else may have the information for you before that though.

88-A information is found on aafords.com. There are 7 center boards plus right and left side boards. The finished boards are 1-1/4" thick. The term 5/4 may not mean the finished thickness via vendors. Here are some links:

Thanks everybody! great info! I plan on getting started this winter. I'll post some pics when i'm done. appreciate your help!
I bought this truck when I was 15 years old in 1970, drove it to high school and to work after wards for a couple years. Been sitting (covered) forever. Hoping to finish the bed and haul the grand-kids around!
