Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has tested their fuel tank for leaks after installing the fuel gauge.
I am not convinced that the gauge is sealed well and would prefer to test it for a leak before filling up with gas that will run over my painted dash.
My tank is coated on the inside, so would not rust with water as a first test, but I am not sure I cold get the water out entirely.
It was suggested to me to use diesel fuel by other Model A guys.
Wondering if anyone else has some thoughts.
Dave

Dave, I recently air pressure tested a tank, it worked well for me.

OK, Remove the dash before filling up.
