Under Seat Support

Post by dlevy »

Hi All.

What goes under the seat to support the springs/cushion?

I have an oak strip that goes midway from left to right, but is there anything else I should have?

Thanks,
Dave

Just the piece of wood and the brackets the arrow is pointing at, no wood on the springs.

Here is a picture of an 82-A seat and the arrows show the brackets that position the spring in the seat frame.
