I'm rebuilding the entire rear axle on a 31 AA. At this point I'm assuming I will need to replace the torque tube front bearing, race, and seal. In my search of this website, I found a thread from January 2011 on replacing these parts. I saw Neil's handy driver made of 5' pipe and a machined bell reducer. I'm assuming that in addition to wasting the seal, the bearing and race will be damaged in the removal. Where do I find the replacement for this bearing, race and seal?
Should I plan on also replacing the speedometer drive gear?

You should be able to get the bearing and race out without damaging them, see the link.
I searched for a long time before I was able to locate the bearing and race.
