Looking for the following AA parts

Post by mikeg »

I'm looking for the rear axle bumper pads AA-5783 and the speedo driven gear AA-17271-H, this gear has 13 teeth and a square cable hole.

I'm also looking for the late 31 indented firewall fuel shutoff valve, and associated fuel line and carb mounted filter.

I found the speedo gear from the "Tired Truck Resotrations" guy, $50 plus $4 shipping.

I have the shutoff valve and the line, still looking for the carb mounted filter.

Speedo Driven Gear

Post by Bradshaw »

Mike,

Did you try Keith Ernst, 25 Springhouse Lane, Orwigsburg, PA 17961??

I beleive that he is making repros driven gears or had several made. That's where I got one for my AA. $50.00 plus shipping. Total to Virginia was $54.00.

trdtruck@pottsville.infi.net is his e-mail.

Good Luck,
Bradshaw

I think that Tom Godish in Portland has the rear axle bumpers. Tom should be at "Model A Ford Works" 503-284-1928

I have a nice original fuel shut off if you still need it. jdavis@amuffler.com
