On a late 30 AA, should cross shaft front and rear arms be pointed straight up and straight down at rest? Trying to get everything set up and adjusted. All shoes have been re-lined, new hardware in wheels as required, new bushings everywhere, new pins and clevises either repaired or replaced. Some of the rods replaced. Pedal shaft and bushings replaced.
