Drawing date is not production date. In May of 30 they were still producing the Early 1930 model that carried over the 1929 sheet metal and was only made with the 131 1/2" wheelbase. July 1930 started production of the 1931 models.
June 1930 started production of the 1930 through 1932 commercial A and AA vehicles.
