How to tell high from low.

Neil, when you have a worm drive gears out of the rearend, how can you tell if is low or high speed. I would think that they both are the same diameter since the worm is fix. Are there the same number of teeth and is it only the angle of the teeth which is different? The one on ebay has 29 teeth. Thanks Bob Gocha

The 29 tooth ring only mates with the 4 tooth worm gear which makes that one being a 7.25 ( not desireable ) you should be looking for a 31 tooth ring gear and a 6 tooth worm which gives you a 5.16 high speed gear
