You will notice a power increase. Unless you got to some sort of Overdrive you aren't going to go much faster. Mitchell can supply you with a good one.

I put a Snyder 5.5 on my AA Firetruck and got much better low end torque. Then I installed a Mitchell and what a difference. Easy to install and now can do 40-45 mph easily. If you can swing only one, get the Mitchell...

I put 6:1 Snyder's head and touring grind cam in my rebuild, bored .080 over. Haven't built body yet and have only driven chassis sitting on milk crate, but seems pretty peppy. I have all the parts ready to rebuild a Warford overdrive but haven't put it together yet. I'm optimistic.
