How do I identify the year and month my AA was built?
My VIN # that is stamped on the left frame below the cab is: AA3854228. The # that is stamped on the left side of my engine block is A1462362. How do I read any available tables to determine the year my truck was built?

The engine is April 1929 and your truck is August 1930.

Re: How do I identify the year and month my AA was built?
Thankyou Bob C for your help! In reviewing the chart I see that both of my numbers fall within those months of April 1929 and August 1930 respectively. But the chart seems to be referencing only the numbers inscribed on the engine block. So where does the chart differentiate between the number stamped on the engine and the number stamped on the frame? It was not clear to me on the chart where it references the numbers inscribed on the frame unless I may have missed something in studying it. Thankyou again for helping me.

The number on the frame was the number on the original engine that was installed
in the truck when it left the factory. So the engine in your truck is a replacement.
