Are the wheels on a 30-31 Model AA compatible with a Model B truck?

Yes
They were used for several years after AA production.

AA wheels will fit on a 32 or 33 BB truck but not on a 34, as the 34 used a full floating rear axle which required a larger center hole and bolt pattern. Steve
